We are currently seeking a talented Technical Sales Representative for Spare Parts to join our team at Konecranes:
Your Responsibilities:
- Customer Support & Sales Development: Engage with our Parts Sales customers with a strong sales focus, presenting tailored offers, developing sales concepts, and cultivating customer loyalty towards our products.
- New Customer Acquisition & Potential Identification: Identify sales and customer needs, actively showcase market and application potentials, and convince new customers of our solutions.
- Offer & Solution Concepts: Analyze customer requirements in collaboration with customers and internal colleagues, creating customized solutions, particularly for critical and investment-based spare parts and components.
- Stock Strategies & Risk Analyses: Develop stocking strategies to ensure long-term high equipment productivity and conduct risk analyses directly at customer sites.
- Sales Campaigns & Promotions: Actively promote spare parts and components through sales actions to meet and exceed sales targets.
Your Profile:
- Education: Completed commercial or technical training (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Mechatronics Technician, or similar) and ideally additional qualifications in business or technical fields combined with a strong sales interest.
- Personality: Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on attitude, and a passion for sales and collaboration with internal teams; communicative and open personality with a strong team orientation and the ability to represent your role and tasks convincingly to external parties. Willingness to travel frequently, as the role focuses on direct customer engagement.
- Experience: Ideally, experience as a service technician or supervisor in a consultative role at customer sites, with a desire for professional development in sales.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of the spare parts and components product portfolio and the ability to effectively present and apply technical expertise to customers. Proficient in German and English.
- IT Skills: Proficient in using configurators, project planning, and offer creation for spare parts and components; experience with Siebel and ideally initial knowledge of SAP 1KC.
