What You'll Do:
- Analyze customer needs to effectively consult and sell advanced additive manufacturing technology with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Identify and pursue sales leads while engaging with inbound inquiries through phone and email.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while evaluating potential for upselling and cross-selling, aiming to enhance product usage and satisfaction.
- Schedule regular interactions with customers to better grasp their requirements and align outcomes with sales growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement initiatives for expanding market presence.
