Your responsibilities will include crafting comprehensive lighting proposals, generating accurate quotations, and developing essential technical documentation. You will ensure precise project pricing, timely responses to clients, and compliance with industry standards, all while seeking opportunities to enhance performance and elevate the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed quotations and cost analyses for external lighting and technical service projects, ensuring compliance with margin targets and commercial guidelines.
- Interpret lighting designs, drawings, and specifications accurately.
- Communicate with suppliers to gather pricing, lead times, and technical information.
- Maintain up-to-date information in the CRM and ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy for scheduling and revenue acknowledgment.
- Assist the sales team with technical product selection and compliance verification.
- Collaborate internally with operations, technical, and procurement teams.
- Partner with Lighting Solutions Managers to foster a collaborative approach that guarantees an outstanding customer experience.
- Regularly update your line manager on area progress, key customer statuses, and potential development opportunities, using performance reports and data analysis to create actionable SMART objectives.
- Provide ongoing support during project handover to delivery teams.
