As a Technical Services Engineer at MongoDB, you will utilize your outstanding problem-solving abilities and customer service expertise, combined with extensive technical knowledge, to guide customers in resolving intricate MongoDB challenges. Our engineers are proficient across the entire MongoDB ecosystem—including database servers, drivers, cloud services, and infrastructure. This encompasses offerings such as Atlas (database as a service) and Cloud Manager (which assists customers with automation, backup, and monitoring of MongoDB systems). You will collaborate with your peers, leveraging MongoDB expertise, initiative, teamwork, and a positive attitude to deliver remarkable results for our customers.
We are eager to connect with candidates willing to work from our Dublin office under an in-office model for the first 3-6 months, depending on ramping speed. After this period, you will transition to a permanent Tuesday to Saturday schedule, from 8 AM to 5 PM, including three in-office days to provide weekend support alongside fellow team members. Saturdays and Sundays will be designated as fully online workdays, not on-call shifts.
Our support organization operates 24/7, and certain events throughout the year may require voluntary coverage outside your usual workdays or hours (i.e., regional offsites, holidays). These opportunities will be announced in advance through an equitable sign-up system.
