Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and attract high-quality technical talent for AI/ML engineering, software engineering, and related roles through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and proactive outreach.
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of both passive and active candidates within the AI/ML and software engineering sectors.
- Conduct initial qualification calls to evaluate candidates' technical skills, career goals, and cultural fit with the company.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of job requirements, essential technical skills, and team dynamics for precise candidate matching.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to maintain organized records, communication logs, and hiring pipeline statuses.
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies for challenging technical positions, particularly in emerging AI/ML fields.
