About the Role
In this position, you will:
- Create innovative coding products, including command-line interfaces (CLIs) and remote agents, ensuring an exceptional user experience that aligns with our vision for AI-enhanced software engineering.
- Work collaboratively with both individual and enterprise users to gather insights, iteratively enhance, and swiftly deliver high-quality products.
- Contribute to the model development cycle by providing feedback, orchestrating evaluations, collecting data, and assisting in AI model training to optimize performance and user satisfaction.
Exceptional candidates may possess:
- Regular experience utilizing coding agents in their daily tasks.
- A demonstrated history of creating valuable and engaging products, with tangible examples showcased in their applications.
- Experience in developing tools or products that enhance existing coding agents, leveraging advanced and often underutilized capabilities.
- A deep understanding and refined aesthetic sense in software developer tools.
