In this role, your primary focus will be to offer technical support to our store partners in utilizing our tools and platform effectively. You will ensure that all new and existing stores are equipped with the necessary resources for a seamless ordering experience. Your goal will be to guarantee that all systems are operational and functioning smoothly throughout the partner journey.
- Professionally manage incoming requests for corporate partners' onboarding to our systems, ensuring optimal use of tools and resources.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to system updates and equipment maintenance.
- Educate partners on the usage of equipment and systems where necessary.
- Assist partners with inquiries and orders through phone, email, and chat.
- Address partner complaints and technical queries professionally, escalating concerns to the appropriate department as needed.
- Provide support or assistance to other customer service teams when required.
