Role Overview
We are on the lookout for Technical Support Analysts who will play a vital role in providing outstanding support for Rain’s platform and integrations. You will troubleshoot intricate issues, assist both internal and external partners, and guarantee a seamless and reliable user experience.

Your Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve advanced customer and partner issues related to Rain’s systems, APIs, and integrations.
Analyze logs, dashboards, and transaction data to pinpoint root causes and escalate issues when necessary.
Work in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to resolve technical incidents.
Maintain precise documentation and create troubleshooting guides for recurring issues.
Monitor trends and recommend improvements to prevent future incidents.
Assist in testing new features, integrations, and platform updates as required.
