Join the Adeeba Group as a Technical Support Caller in our US shift! We are looking for dedicated individuals with a passion for technology to assist our customers with their technical issues.
As a part of our dynamic team, you will:
- Provide inbound and outbound technical support to international clients.
- Efficiently troubleshoot issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English and effectively close your calls.
- Work in a flexible night shift environment.
We do not welcome freshers for this position.
Salary is negotiable based on your experience and current CTC, along with attractive incentives! Immediate joining is preferred.
