Your Responsibilities
As a Basware Support Consultant, you will be the go-to specialist for resolving complex technical support issues within the Basware platform. You will independently handle technical support cases and contribute to stable, efficient processes for large organizations. Every day will be unique, as each client environment is distinct and requires tailored solutions.
Analyze and resolve support tickets: from intake to solution and feedback to the client.
Troubleshoot technical issues within the Basware platform.
Utilize Basware's proprietary scripting language, AnyERP, to optimize processes (training on AnyERP will be provided at 4CEE).
Support complex configurations and parameters customized for clients.
Contribute to improvements in processes and functionalities within Basware.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve the best solutions.
