About the Team:
As part of our Technical Support engineering team, you will play a vital role in addressing customer needs across the EMEA region, spanning over 15+ countries. Your collaboration with colleagues in Sales, R&D, and Professional Services will ensure exceptional service delivery and strong customer relationships.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Comprehend Genetec's service contract levels
- Respond promptly to and resolve customer technical issues
- Uphold the company's image and build trust with clients
- Occasionally provide on-site technical services
- Create technical documents and articles on recurring issues
- Escalate customer concerns through designated channels
About You:

- Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in analyzing, troubleshooting, and decision-making
- Adept at collaborating and maintaining internal communication

- Flexible and adaptable approach to problem-solving
- Professional working level of English
- Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
