You will serve as an essential link between our customers and engineering teams, tackling intricate technical challenges while contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our support organization.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly through video calls, emails, or chat.
- Troubleshoot software and API-related problems, guiding customers through technical resolutions.
- Engage with webhooks, APIs, and various integrations to ensure seamless functionality.
- Assist customers with setting up or managing Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address complex customer challenges and escalate issues as needed.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues to enhance our knowledge base and internal resources.
- Participate in periodic on-call shifts as required.
