Your Role:
As a Technical Support / Configuration Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in a project utilizing cutting-edge technologies (C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, JS Frameworks, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, MS SQL Server, Redis, Couchbase). Our Agile team embraces Scrum and practical approaches to facilitate development.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our Gaming System and its underlying business processes.
- Deliver exceptional 3rd line Technical Support for the Gaming System to our Customer Support Team, Central Gaming, partners, and engineers across multiple locations (Developers, DevOps, QA, etc.).
- Engage in regular configurations of the Gaming System.
- Collaborate with providers/businesses to clarify operational requirements and conditions.
Who We Seek:
- Proven expertise in technical support, particularly in 3rd line support to resolve complex issues with our products.
- Strong knowledge of backend engineering, especially with C# .NET, microservices, and cloud-based development.
- Proficiency in frontend engineering skills, particularly in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and micro-frontend architecture.
- Experience collaborating with QA Engineers and familiarity with both manual and automation testing.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
