Document support interactions and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
Contribute to the development of support processes and tools.
Qualifications
Fluency in English and Russian is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
Experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Shift Availability
Select your preferred shift (EST): 9am – 6pm, 10am – 7pm, or 6pm–3am.
