Your Role:
You will serve as the primary contact for our retail customers, addressing their technical inquiries via phone or through our ticketing system.
- Diagnose technical issues and develop effective remote solutions.
- Provide telephone support to our service technicians from our central office.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, knowledgeable, and solution-focused guidance.
