As a Technical Support Specialist in Analytics IT, your responsibilities will include:
Providing technical support for non-standard IT solutions in laboratory environments (laboratory equipment and software): Addressing incidents, problems, and service requests.
Acting as the primary contact for users, including ticket classification, prioritization, and routing.
Managing IT infrastructure: Installation and configuration of laboratory PCs, networks, and peripherals, including updates, while ensuring a stable, secure, and efficient operation of all computer-based laboratory IT systems.
Collaborating closely with departments, internal IT units, and external service providers.
Supporting system implementations: Assisting with the introduction, testing, and integration of new systems.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation, operational documentation, as well as asset and inventory management.
