At Weave, our Support team is vital for enhancing customer loyalty! As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers' needs are met with precision and care, resolving their issues quickly and effectively. Our dedicated support representatives approach every call and message with a personal touch and undergo extensive training, enabling them to become experts in our products and services.
In this dynamic role, you will assist our customers in understanding and utilizing the Weave platform, acting as their go-to resource. We will equip you with the skills to triage, direct, and manage both product and technical support inquiries. Collaborating with fellow team members and other departments, you will ensure that customer concerns are addressed promptly while delivering exceptional service.
This role offers the flexibility of hybrid, in-office, or remote work (within a reasonable commute to Lehi) after completing the training phase.
Initial training will take place onsite at our Lehi, UT headquarters.
Full-time availability is required (40 hours per week between 6am-6pm, Monday through Friday).
Reports directly to: Technical Support Leadership.
Your Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers through inbound phone calls.
Provide follow-up support via outbound calls and emails.
Conduct basic troubleshooting to resolve customer issues.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience that leaves our clients smiling.
Qualifications for Success
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
A strong interest in technology: Proficient computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
Exceptional phone presence coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as most interactions are via phone and email.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced Customer/Tech Support environment.
Experience with web browsers, spreadsheets, and text documents, along with troubleshooting skills for basic customer issues.
A passion for learning, empathy towards others, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
