About the job
The successful contractor will work closely with the DSOHF IT Director and Project Manager, enabling the DSOHF Time Management System Operations team to concentrate on ongoing operational needs while minimizing project-related support demands.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting ad hoc system reporting
- Configuring and assigning report profiles
- Managing and scheduling interfaces
- Providing front-end technical support for helpdesk activities
- Configuring system elements such as Navigator, Genies, and Profiles
- Performing data validation and audit tasks
- Monitoring and troubleshooting system performance
- Documenting change management processes
- Testing software applications
- Supporting the development and maintenance of Helpdesk Applications and Web Portals (including SharePoint)
