Receive, assess, and address requests and incidents via phone, email, or ticketing tool.
Diagnose first-level hardware and software issues.
Implement standard resolution procedures and escalate to Level 2/3 as needed.
Monitor ticket progress until closure and ensure traceability within the management tool.
Guide users in utilizing office tools and applications effectively.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures and the knowledge base.
Ensure adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and quality indicators.
