Your Role:
We are in search of a Techno-Functional SuccessFactors Consultant who possesses a strong blend of functional and technical skills in SAP SuccessFactors. This pivotal role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
As a consultant, you will be tasked with:
Conducting Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend HR processes and convert them into system requirements.
Creating Technical Designs & Configurations: Develop technical specifications and configure the Succession and Development module within SuccessFactors.
Delivering Solutions: Oversee the complete implementation process, including testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
Facilitating Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
Documenting Processes: Prepare comprehensive functional and technical documentation for all configurations and customizations.
What You Bring:
Essential Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly with the Succession and Development module.
In-depth understanding of HR processes and talent management workflows.
Capacity to perform functional analysis as well as technical configuration tasks.
