Join our dynamic team at RTE, where you will be part of an innovative operational unit focused on real-time monitoring of IT, telecom infrastructures, and cybersecurity. Your involvement will be crucial in building the CORS-N, the Operational Center for Networks and Digital Systems at RTE, where you will enhance operational activities (NOC, SOC, data center supervision) and contribute to key projects.
Your Role:
We are seeking a Telecom Network Supervisor - Level 1 and 2 (F/H) for a permanent position in the western Île-de-France area (78).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation of telecom infrastructures and networks (private and operated) that support RTE's business services.
- Manage and administer network equipment.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve network incidents in real-time.
- Coordinate local intervention teams when necessary and perform remote maintenance actions.
- Conduct remote maintenance and scheduled operations.
- Implement and operationalize network/service upgrades.
- Perform incident analyses on scheduled or unforeseen events.
Required Knowledge:
- Proficient in operating and managing telecom networks.
- Familiarity with telecom and fixed/mobile telephony networks (CCNA certification is a plus), particularly on the following transmission mediums:
Optical: SDH, WDM, PDH,
WAN: OSPF / IS-IS (IGP), BGP (EGP), IP-MPLS,
LAN: Ethernet levels 2 and 3, VLAN, WIFI.
Experience with tools like NNM/CENTREON, administration tools, and network management systems is essential.
Note: This position involves shift work.
