By integrating mobile technology with addiction counseling and coordinated medical care, we empower individuals on their journey to recovery.
We are seeking compassionate and driven Telehealth Substance Use Disorder Counselors to facilitate virtual individual and group counseling sessions that foster recovery and enhance overall wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments to evaluate client readiness and determine appropriate care levels.
- Lead group and one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing Affect’s evidence-based curriculum.
- Provide crisis support and coordinate necessary referrals as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors on individualized treatment plans and discharge processes.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all pertinent state regulations.
- All applicants must hold an active license in Indiana, with credentials verified through the State Board’s website as part of the application process.
