The Customer Service Representative at the Eck Visitor Center is a crucial role that requires working between 8 to 24 hours a week. You will be the welcoming face for visitors, whether they are first-time guests or long-time alumni. As the ‘front door’ of the University, you will warmly greet all alumni and visitors and manage phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, the Visitor Center staff will assist with administrative tasks as directed by the Alumni Association team. Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts, particularly during home football Fridays and Saturdays, is essential, as hours may vary weekly.
