This pivotal, hands-on role will allow you to define Caruso's market presence, drive demand for our platform, and foster revenue growth through effective positioning, impactful campaigns, and seamless collaboration with sales and product teams.You will not only oversee our marketing initiatives but also shape the marketing function itself—setting strategic direction, establishing foundational processes, and progressively enhancing the marketing capabilities as the organization expands. Initially, you will manage our Content Marketer and will play a vital role in defining future roles and capabilities within the marketing team.This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment and seek genuine ownership over both strategic and tactical marketing efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute Caruso’s marketing strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, target audiences, and revenue targets.Enhance Caruso’s marketing function by establishing priorities, processes, tools, and performance metrics that facilitate scalable growth.Lead demand generation initiatives across content creation, campaigns, digital channels, and strategic partnerships to generate a robust pipeline for the sales team.Mentor and develop the Content Marketer, providing clear direction and ensuring that content aligns with commercial objectives.Design and execute Caruso-led events and forums (such as client forums, community sessions, or industry roundtables) that foster engagement within the private markets community, deepen client relationships, and demonstrate Caruso’s evolution in the market.Identify future talent needs and assist in the recruitment and onboarding of additional marketing professionals as the team grows.Refine and articulate Caruso’s positioning and messaging for private markets.
