Join the Voyago Team as a Temporary Payroll Administrator!
Located in London, Ontario, we are seeking a dedicated professional to manage payroll operations during a maternity leave. Reporting directly to the Payroll Supervisor, you will ensure the seamless processing of payroll and remittances while providing essential support to our operational divisions.
This is a 13-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, verify, and process bi-weekly employee payroll payments, including regular pay, retroactive adjustments, and special payments.
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies while managing payroll records within the ADP Workforce Now system.
- Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and contribute to the development of procedures and job aids.
- Perform various Year-End tasks to support the Payroll Supervisor.
- Reconcile annual filing reports and monthly General Ledger accounts.
- Prepare statutory forms such as T4, T4(A), ROE, and address inquiries from Service Canada.
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal client inquiries.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
