Temporary Pharmacist - Holiday Coverage
- Type: Temporary, full-time (seasonal) with immediate start availability
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (40 hours per week)
- Duration: Starting ASAP through mid-January, with a strong possibility of per-diem opportunities thereafter
- Location: On-site at Good Pill, located in the Lawrenceville/Sugarloaf Mills area
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience

Your Role (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
- Efficiently prepare, fill, and verify prescriptions in a high-volume mail-order pharmacy environment alongside fellow pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
- Conduct thorough clinical checks and pharmacist-level verifications for technician-prepared fills, documenting and communicating any clinical interventions, corrections, and patient counseling in the patient chart.
- Collaborate with the Patient Navigation and fulfillment teams to ensure prompt shipments and an exceptional patient experience.
- Utilize pharmacy management and dispensing software to process orders, generate labels, and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to state and federal pharmacy regulations as well as Good Pill’s standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Active pharmacist license in Georgia.
- A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience as a retail pharmacist, preferably in high-volume settings.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated history of dispensing accuracy.
- Availability for immediate start and commitment to Monday to Friday coverage throughout the holiday season.
Preferred Qualifications (Helpful Experience)
- Experience with Guardian, CarePointRx, or similar dispensing systems.
- Background in mail-order, fulfillment, or other high-throughput pharmacy operations.
