TEMPORARY RECRUITING COORDINATOR
As a Recruiting Coordinator at SpaceX, your primary role will be to facilitate the scheduling of candidate onsite interviews while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout their interview journey. You will collaborate closely with your recruiting team, which may involve welcoming candidates, providing tours, and assisting with various administrative tasks during the hiring process. The Recruiting Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our mission to attract and onboard top-tier talent at SpaceX.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule and coordinate onsite interviews with precision.
- Manage candidate travel arrangements effectively.
- Host candidates and oversee day-of logistics for onsite interviews.
- Develop a solid understanding of our business to engage knowledgeably with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ensure every candidate enjoys a positive experience throughout the interview process with SpaceX.
- Support the talent operations team with special projects as necessary.
POSITION DETAILS:
This is a temporary position at SpaceX, with the duration as specified, subject to change based on business needs.
- DURATION: 6 months (potential for permanent hire based on performance and business requirements)
- LOCATION: Hawthorne, CA (onsite presence required; remote work is not an option)
- HOURS: Standard business hours
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Relevant experience in a professional environment, particularly in recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- 6+ months of professional experience in human resources, marketing, sales, or technology (internship experience is valid).
- Prior experience as a recruiting coordinator.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
