Your Role:
We are currently seeking a Service Designer to join our Experience team for a 12-month temporary position. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Service Design, managing two customer journeys within one of Aviso’s business lines. As a persuasive storyteller, you will collaborate across departments to gain support for strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing both employee and customer experiences. Your understanding of customer-centric business value, along with your application of design methodologies, will be crucial in identifying challenges, fostering empathy, and envisioning future experiences.

- Act as the primary consultant for all Service Design initiatives for two product delivery squads, engaging in problem definition, product planning, and implementation.
