Your Impact
As a Territory Account Executive (TAE), you will play a pivotal role in driving new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through strategic engagement with enterprise accounts in your designated U.S. territory. Your consultative, value-driven approach will help dismantle outdated commerce systems, influencing key stakeholders early in their decision-making process.
- Territory Strategy & Market Penetration: Take ownership of comprehensive territory planning, including market segmentation, prioritization, and execution of go-to-market strategies. Actively build your pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, digital campaigns, and channel partnerships.
- Value-Based Selling & Business Outcomes: Conduct thorough discovery sessions to identify pain points related to revenue, risk, or competitive positioning. Create compelling, ROI-focused proposals that resonate with economic buyers, utilizing the MEDDPICC framework to establish urgency and alignment.
- Organizational Navigation & Political Selling: Map out key account stakeholders and internal dynamics to cultivate multi-layered relationships. Engage champions, influencers, and decision-makers across technical, operational, and financial sectors.
- Build Pipeline: Maintain a robust sales pipeline by effectively utilizing technologies such as SFDC and Outreach, while fostering professional relationships. Demonstrate your ability to manage and close multiple deals simultaneously across various customers and sales cycles, adhering to a disciplined weekly prospecting routine to ensure ongoing success.
