Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate a robust pipeline of prospective restaurant clients while managing the sales cycle from introduction to closure.Conduct engaging product demonstrations and customize solutions that align with the unique needs of each prospect.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services as per customer expectations established during the sales process.Utilize Salesforce CRM to meticulously track and manage all sales activities.Analyze the competitive landscape to effectively position Toast within the market.Qualifications:A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role, particularly in sourcing or closing, or relevant experience in restaurant operations.Reliable transportation is essential for this field position; mileage reimbursement is provided.Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to negotiate at all levels of decision-making.Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales goals.Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment.Self-driven, adaptable, and innovative thinkers are encouraged to apply.Basic technical proficiency with software applications is required.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.Completion of Sandler Sales Training or similar sales methodologies.
