In this role, you will be essential in expanding our customer base through relationship-building with contractors and construction company executives. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of helping clients save money, increase profitability, and operate more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a designated territory with full responsibility for executing sales strategies, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention.
- Quickly address inbound leads and requests, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems effectively.
- Engage in new business development and account management, enhancing our customer base by fostering relationships with contractors and construction executives. Educate them on how EquipmentShare can address their challenges and improve their operations.
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with EquipmentShare’s services, keeping them informed about new solutions to enhance their business.
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and communications, and conduct engaging sales presentations to both prospective and existing clients.
- Develop innovative sales strategies to expand market share and elevate the customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
