Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Territory Business Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our pharmaceutical products within your designated territory. Your duties will include collecting market intelligence, performing prescription audits, and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives. Additionally, you will engage with healthcare professionals, maintain robust customer relationships, and ensure precise management of territory data.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Understand market dynamics and competitor landscape by collecting insights from stockists and chemists, reporting this information to the Sales Business Manager (SBM) or Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
• Conduct Retail Chemist Prescription Audits (RCPA) in your area to identify high-prescribing physicians, compiling a list for the SBM/RSM to aid in sales forecasting.
• Attend training sessions and stay current with product literature.
• Secure sales targets and promotional budget details from SBM/RSM.
• Strategically utilize the allocated budget for organizing launch activities for physicians, camps, or Continuing Medical Education (CME) events.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to healthcare providers to promote our products.
• Submit reimbursement claims to the SBM/RSM.
• Implement marketing initiatives as directed by the Product Manager.
• Collect Point of Business (POB) details from chemists and coordinate with stockists for timely product delivery.
• Monitor and track sales performance of new products with chemists to meet sales goals.
• Gather and document inquiries from doctors regarding both new and existing products.
• Input queries into the system for review by the Infogini team.
• Utilize responses from Infogini to effectively address doctors' inquiries and enhance prescription rates.
• Maintain regular communication with doctors to comprehend their prescription habits.
• Relay prescription trend data to the SBM/RSM.
• Keep track of specific customer needs and provide feedback to the Area Sales Manager (ASM), SBM/RSM, or Head Office (HO).
• Prepare lists of doctors for CME events and submit them to SBM/RSM to foster strong relationships and loyalty.
• Continuously update data on doctor lists, route maps, retailers, and other supply chain aspects.
