Job Summary
Join our dynamic team at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as a Territory Business Manager, where you will play a crucial role in promoting our pharmaceutical products within your designated territory. Your responsibilities will include gathering market intelligence, conducting prescription audits, and executing strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets. You will also engage with healthcare professionals, nurture customer relationships, and ensure the accurate management of territory data.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape by collecting insights from stockists and chemists to report to the Sales Business Manager (SBM) or Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
• Conduct Retail Chemist Prescription Audits (RCPA) to identify potential high-prescribing doctors and provide actionable insights for sales forecasting.
• Participate in training programs to remain knowledgeable about product literature.
• Collaborate with SBM/RSM to obtain sales targets and promotional budget details.
• Strategically utilize the allocated budget for launch activities, including sessions for doctors and Continuing Medical Education (CME) events.
• Deliver impactful sales presentations to healthcare professionals to promote our product offerings.
• Process reimbursement claims in coordination with SBM/RSM.
• Implement marketing strategies as directed by the Product Manager.
• Gather Point of Business (POB) information from chemists and collaborate with stockists to ensure timely product delivery.
• Track and monitor sales performance of new products to achieve designated targets.
• Collect and document queries from healthcare professionals regarding our products.
• Enter queries into the system for review by the Infogini team and leverage their responses to enhance prescription uptake.
• Maintain regular communication with doctors to understand their prescribing behaviors and relay this information to the SBM/RSM.
• Provide feedback to the Area Sales Manager (ASM), SBM/RSM, or Head Office (HO) regarding customer needs.
• Prepare comprehensive lists of doctors for CME events and submit them to SBM/RSM to strengthen professional relationships.
• Ensure continuous updating of data related to doctors, route maps, retailers, and supply chain logistics.
