Job Summary
Join our team as a Territory Business Manager and leverage your expertise to enhance the sales of our pharmaceutical products within your designated territory. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting market intelligence, conducting prescription audits, and executing targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives. Your ability to manage inquiries from healthcare professionals and nurture customer relationships will be vital in ensuring accurate territory data management.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape by gathering relevant information from stockists and chemists, and effectively communicate this data to the Sales Business Manager (SBM) or Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
• Conduct Retail Chemist Prescription Audits (RCPA) to identify high-prescribing doctors and compile a list for sales forecasting.
• Participate in training programs and keep abreast of product literature.
• Collaborate with SBM/RSM to understand sales targets and budget allocations.
• Strategically utilize the budget for promotional activities, including launches and Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions.
• Conduct engaging sales presentations to healthcare professionals to promote our products.
• Submit reimbursement requests to SBM/RSM.
• Implement marketing plans as directed by the Product Manager.
• Collect Point of Business (POB) data from chemists and coordinate with stockists for timely product delivery.
• Monitor sales performance for new products and ensure targets are met.
• Gather and record queries from doctors about our products for review.
• Use email responses from the Infogini team to address queries and enhance prescription rates.
• Maintain regular communication with doctors to track prescription trends and inform SBM/RSM.
• Track specific customer needs and provide feedback to the Area Sales Manager (ASM), SBM/RSM, or Head Office (HO).
• Prepare and submit lists of doctors for all CME events to enhance professional relationships.
• Keep updated records of doctor lists, route maps, retailers, and supply chain data.
