Job Summary
Join our team as a Territory Business Manager to spearhead the sales of our pharmaceutical products within your designated region. Leverage market insights, perform prescription audits, and deploy effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives. Your role will involve engaging with healthcare professionals, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring precise management of territory data.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscape by collecting information from stockists and pharmacists, sharing insights with the Sales Business Manager (SBM) or Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
• Conduct Retail Chemist Prescription Audits (RCPA) in your area to pinpoint high-prescribing doctors, providing a comprehensive list to the SBM/RSM for accurate sales forecasting.
• Participate in training sessions and stay informed about product updates.
• Collaborate with the SBM/RSM to understand sales targets and promotional budgets.
• Strategically utilize the allocated budget for launching initiatives among various healthcare professionals, including camps and Continuing Medical Education (CME) events.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to promote our products to doctors.
• Manage reimbursement requests and submit them to the SBM/RSM.
• Implement marketing strategies as directed by the Product Manager.
• Collect and manage Point of Business (POB) data from chemists, coordinating with stockists to ensure timely product availability.
• Track sales performance of new products to meet sales targets.
• Address queries from doctors about new and existing products and document them for the Infogini team.
• Utilize email responses from Infogini to effectively respond to doctors' inquiries and enhance prescription rates.
• Maintain consistent communication with doctors to monitor prescription patterns and relay this data to the SBM/RSM.
• Monitor specific customer needs and relay feedback to the Area Sales Manager (ASM), SBM/RSM, or Head Office (HO).
• Prepare and submit lists of doctors for CME events to strengthen relationships and loyalty among healthcare professionals.
• Ensure regular updates to the database of doctors, route maps, retailers, and other relevant information.
