Your Role:
As an integral member of our sales and commercial team, the Territory Business Manager (TBM) will spearhead sales initiatives within the territory and act as the primary point of contact for customers and SpringWorks Therapeutics. The TBM will be responsible for achieving revenue targets by executing brand objectives, delivering approved clinical information, engaging in meticulous account planning, and fostering collaboration within the commercial team. This role involves promoting our rare disease products and implementing programs and initiatives in alignment with company and industry guidelines.
