Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Territory Manager. In this role, you will spearhead our sales strategy and drive business objectives within your assigned region. Your responsibilities will include executing the product management team's strategies, gathering customer insights, and providing essential feedback for the development of new products. A critical aspect of your role will be establishing and nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders, analyzing competitor activities, and interpreting prescription trends within the pharmaceutical sector. You will also play a vital role in organizing Continuing Medical Education (CME) events and initiatives to enhance the company's brand reputation.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Drive the promotion and marketing of new products by implementing the Product Management Team’s strategies, analyzing market trends, consulting with healthcare professionals about product potential, and communicating insights to the Product Management Team. This includes identifying key opinion leaders, monitoring product availability, and executing brand strategies for successful product launches.
• Regularly visit stockists and pharmacies to monitor primary and secondary sales, ensuring that sales objectives for doctors and specific products are met. Actively participate in monthly review meetings to evaluate coverage, adherence to SOPs, and expense management, all aimed at achieving area-level, product-level, and overall sales targets.
• Focus on customer relationship management by establishing strong connections, addressing inquiries promptly, and utilizing Infoginip. Classify customers based on potential, determine appropriate meeting frequencies, and track return on investment to cultivate a loyal customer base.
• Meet regularly with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Business Leaders (KELs) to encourage CME collaborations and gather interest areas from key customers and hospitals for relevant CME topics.
• Prepare product matrices based on doctors' preferences and needs, and update relevant data on chemists, doctors, and Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) through palm top to the Unnati portal to ensure stakeholders have access to the latest information.
