Job Summary
We are in search of a skilled and motivated professional to join us as a Territory Manager. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our sales strategy and drive business objectives within your assigned territory. You will collaborate with the product management team to execute strategies, gather customer insights, and contribute to the development of innovative products. Your focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, keeping abreast of competitive activities, and analyzing prescription trends in the pharmaceutical sector. Additionally, you will organize and oversee Continuing Medical Education (CME) events and various initiatives to enhance the company’s brand presence.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Promote new products by implementing the marketing strategies set forth by the Product Management Team. Analyze market trends, consult with healthcare professionals regarding product potential, and relay valuable feedback to the Product Management Team. Identify key opinion leaders, monitor product availability, and execute brand strategies to ensure successful product launches.
• Monitor both primary and secondary sales through regular visits to stockists and pharmacies, ensuring that sales objectives related to specific products and healthcare professionals are met. Actively participate in monthly review meetings to evaluate coverage, adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and expense management, all aimed at achieving area-level, product-level, and overall sales targets.
• Focus on customer relationship management, establishing robust connections and addressing inquiries promptly using Infoginip. Classify customers based on potential and tailor meeting frequencies accordingly while tracking return on investment to cultivate a loyal customer base.
• Regularly engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Business Leaders (KELs) to encourage collaboration on CME sessions. Gather interests from key customers and hospitals to conduct CMEs on relevant topics.
• Prepare product matrices based on healthcare professionals' preferences and needs, and update data on chemists, doctors, and Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) via palm tops to the Unnati portal, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the latest information.
