About the Role:
The Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) is a crucial member of our sales team, operating under the guidance of the Regional Business Head. This role is integral to our efforts in driving sales growth for JazzCash & Postpaid services, as well as enhancing our Franchise and Retail Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and embody Jazz’s core values, business model, product offerings, and market dynamics.
- Conduct daily market visits for stock audits and performance assessments of assigned franchises.
- Manage relationships with assigned franchise(s) to ensure efficient operations and reporting standards as directed by the Area Sales Manager.
- Establish strong connections within the franchise and retail network to facilitate smooth operations.
- Promote the development of our Retail & Distribution networks through proactive engagement with franchise staff and territory operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, ensuring minimal non-performers and maintaining optimal service levels.
- Engage retailers in planning and executing Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities aligned with sales targets.
- Utilize Trade Marketing strategies effectively to enhance channel performance.
- Focus on expanding territory footprint and improving KPI metrics.
- Maintain integrity within the territory and control infringement issues.
- Foster positive relationships with retailers and franchise owners.
- Continuously assess and improve JazzCash & Voice KPIs for your team.
- Inspire creativity and innovation within the team by proposing new ideas and processes.
- Motivate and counsel franchise and retail channels to clarify profitability models and enhance performance.
