As a Territory Systems Engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to the Territory Account Executive and our esteemed Channel Partners. Your role is crucial in converting Pure’s innovative vision into actionable, value-driven technical proposals for a diverse array of customers. You will be instrumental in accelerating growth by equipping our partners and clients with the necessary technical resources, validation, and support to seamlessly adopt Pure Storage solutions.

THE ROLE
The Territory Systems Engineer (TSE) is a pivotal growth position focused on delivering essential pre-sales technical support across designated accounts. This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise, partner enablement, and a proactive approach to supporting high-volume, transactional sales activities. You will serve as the primary technical mentor for our partners, empowering them to independently drive new business and growth opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the Technical Brand Ambassador: Be the main technical liaison alongside the Territory Account Executive during customer engagements, facilitating discussions and demonstrating the effectiveness and simplicity of Pure's offerings.
- Empower Partner Technical Teams: Mentor elite and preferred Partner Systems Engineers (SEs), providing them with guidance and resources to effectively promote, compete, and grow their businesses with Pure Storage.
- Facilitate Technical Validation: Assess and confirm sizing, quotes, and technical architectures for various solutions, ensuring precision and alignment with customer requirements and product functionalities.
- Drive Tool & Resource Adoption: Enhance awareness and utilization of Pure's sales and technical tools.
