Updates testing programs and equipment in accordance with customer needs and manufacturing process requirements.
Trains system technicians for both preventive and reactive maintenance tasks.
Analyzes the condition of assigned testing equipment and proposes as well as implements corrective actions to enhance reliability and performance.
Communicates with suppliers regarding new testing devices, provides technical information, and receives equipment from the supplier.
Integrates new products and devices into the testing process, collaborating with the project team that manages this process.
Creates and manages work instructions for testing equipment.
Validates the quality of supplied equipment according to internal validation procedures, documenting results for approval.
Records testing devices following internal procedures.
