Qualifications
Essential Functions:Assist with and observe all aspects of flight testing, from initial planning and operations through execution, data collection, reduction, analysis, report writing, and recommendations to ensure timely project completion.Assist in reviewing and identifying potential issues related to modification packages for air vehicles, ground control stations, and other support equipment.Assist in assessing and evaluating both subjective and objective data obtained through test execution.Collaborate with your manager to establish internship goals and the steps to achieve them throughout the program.Conduct field tests on equipment and document the results.Research solutions for new product components and recommend upgrades.Perform additional duties as assigned.Standard Essential Functions:Exhibit regular and reliable attendance on a full-time basis in accordance with the posted schedule.Demonstrate professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that positively reflects the company and aligns with company policies and practices.Embody AEVEX’s cultural values and align daily actions with departmental goals and company culture.
