Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test procedures to ensure the systems under test achieve the highest quality and compliance standards, utilizing both manual and automated testing methodologies. This role requires thorough documentation, effective communication, proactive initiative, and adaptability in scheduling. Travel opportunities are minimal (less than 5%).
Design, implement, and improve test procedures to confirm compliance with all specified standards and criteria. Provide recommendations for enhancements to the Test & Evaluation (T&E) process as necessary.
Record initial findings, inform relevant stakeholders, and document test outcomes. The ability to effectively brief and engage with customers and management is essential.
Identify and address any errors or anomalies encountered during testing.
Requirements:
A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
This position mandates an Active or Interim Secret security clearance at the time of hire or the capacity to obtain one.
Proficient in writing test procedures and analyzing test data to ensure proper testing of hardware against all required benchmarks.
Solid understanding of both manual and automated test execution processes.
Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation capabilities, with the aptitude to articulate and present complex issues clearly and succinctly.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
