Preferred Qualifications
• Over 4 years of hands-on experience in the EAI and ESB domain.
• Proficiency in TIBCO product suite including EMS, BusinessWorks, Administrator, Adapters, ActiveMatrix, BusinessStudio, and Hawk.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) encompassing requirements gathering, design, testing, and production support.
• Proven experience collaborating with teams across various geographical locations and time zones.
• Demonstrated leadership in project activities and team management.
• Excellent design and development capabilities in TIBCO BusinessWorks processes.
• Skillful in creating and interpreting mapping documents.
• Competence in deploying, testing, and debugging TIBCO components.
• Solid understanding of EMS and database concepts.
• Familiarity with various SDLC methodologies, tools, and both waterfall and agile development practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Robust J2EE background with an emphasis on server-side technologies (core Java, servlets, application servers).
• Proficient in XML, XSLT, XPATH, and BPEL.
• Understanding of service-oriented architecture, preferably with implementation experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.
• Responsibilities include implementing, developing, validating, and supporting activities aligned with design and architecture requirements, conducting analysis and suggesting/implementing workarounds, developing and reviewing documentation, code, and test scripts, performing validation activities (functional, integration, system testing), validating reported defects and prioritizing action plans, providing support for UAT, deployment, cut-over, leading/participating in production support, stakeholder management, and onsite-offshore coordination.

• Passion for working in a global delivery environment.
The role requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. Effective communication via telephone, email, or in-person is necessary. Some travel may be required based on job demands.
