ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Tier-1 Support Agent at LVT, you will be the first point of contact for our customers experiencing issues. Your responsibilities will include responding to service tickets related to malfunctioning hardware and offline cameras, and providing initial diagnosis and solutions by adhering to a prescribed troubleshooting framework. When necessary, you will escalate complex issues to specialized teams. Additionally, you will assist customers with inquiries regarding our products and services through phone and email, resolving issues and enhancing their understanding through educational materials and training.
*This position also necessitates registration with the state of Utah as an Alarm Agent, which includes a federal background check/fingerprinting and an application process.
