Welcome to Fabergent! We are currently seeking a skilled Tier 3 Service Desk Engineer to join our dynamic team in Englewood, CO. This is a long-term contract opportunity aimed at providing exceptional third-line support. As a key member of our technical support team, you will take on the responsibility of delivering in-depth technical assistance for our deployed CMTS within the Charter Network.
Your role will involve troubleshooting issues based on escalations from email or the NOC (Network Operations Center), and you will be expected to escalate to Tier 4 support or vendors as necessary. Additionally, you will maintain detailed records in our tracking system and monitor recurring issues to escalate trends to management.
Key products: RFGW-10, 10K, cBR8, E-6000, C4, and CASA. Please note, this role will not involve troubleshooting cable modem issues, as it focuses solely on network-side support. Some positions may require working outside of regular business hours.
