Delivering on-site technical training for Final Inspectors and New Dealers.
Conducting process reviews and action planning with dealerships.
Implementing effective repair processes.
Tracking manpower at dealerships on a monthly basis.
Enhancing GLMS penetration at dealerships and overseeing online certifications as applicable.
Assessing skill matrices and identifying training needs.
Conducting recruitment assessments and providing training for new dealer manpower.
Organizing regional meetings to address gap areas and develop action plans.
Evaluating manpower retention and attrition, along with key actions related to skill enhancement, including skill contests.
