As a key member of the Run Services team, your role will involve the implementation of software solutions as defined in the contractual agreement with the client. You will lead workshops, conduct testing, and enhance the solution effectively. As a technical and functional reference for the solution, you will develop reliable and long-lasting relationships with clients.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Analyzing user requirements and formalizing them to propose the most suitable solutions.
- Facilitating workshops and training sessions.
- Documenting functional and/or technical specifications.
- Ensuring implementation, overseeing or performing configuration tasks.
- Conducting deployments as necessary.
- Coordinating specific developments to address client requests.
- Validating completed developments.
- Contributing to solution evolution by providing relevant business insights to the Publisher Pole.
- Facilitating knowledge transfer (training, operating guides, etc.) to the end client, partners, or internally.
- Ensuring the transfer of files to other departments, particularly Support and Hosting Management.
- Updating and enriching shared knowledge bases.
- Keeping your expertise current in the field.
