We are in search of a forward-thinking and analytical Total Rewards & Engagement Partner to spearhead the design and implementation of our global compensation, job architecture, benefits, and engagement initiatives. This pivotal role will help define our employee value proposition, ensuring our team feels valued, motivated, and rewarded as we scale.
What You’ll Do
- Direct our global compensation strategy, including salary structures, benchmarking, pay equity, and the annual compensation cycle.
- Oversee and refine our global job architecture, encompassing job families, levels, career paths, and consistent role scoping.
- Develop compensation models, regional pay differentials, and guidance for managerial leveling.
- Collaborate with Finance on compensation budgets, workforce planning, and cost modeling.
- Support global benefits strategy, vendor management, and well-being programs.
- Lead recognition initiatives and culture-building efforts that embody our core values.
- Craft clear communications to assist employees and managers in understanding compensation, benefits, and engagement programs.
