About the job
- Provide expert assistance to our customers regarding all inquiries related to package tours via phone and email.
- Modify existing bookings based on customer requests, changes, and special service reservations.
- Independently respond to and handle complaints and customer inquiries.
- Process additional bookings, special registrations, cancellations, rebookings, and on-site customer concerns.
- Communicate with tour operators and oversee booking processes.
- Contribute to the optimization of our workflows.
